Tel: +40 21 311 56 10                                                                                                                   Liliana Munteanu joined Invest Romania Forum in 1995, and since 2002 she has been the Vice President of Forum Invest in charge of business development, governmental relations and international strategic partnerships. Among her executive tasks is the direct co-ordination of the PR Division.

Liliana received her BA in Philology from the Bucharest University in 1982, took courses with the "École Supérieure des Hautes Études de Management Culturel" (France), and graduated from The European Council Advanced Program for Cultural Policies after completing itinerant study modules in France, Belgium, Portugal, Germany and Greece.

Prior to joining the Forum, Liliana had been a Founding Member of the "Tele 7 ABC" private TV station and had served as Director of the Live Shows Department in charge of the development of specific programmes and the implementation of new formats. She had also acted as a producer and anchor for many live shows.

In 1991, after founding the Press & PR Department of the Romanian Ministry of Culture, Liliana was appointed Senior Adviser to the Deputy Minister of Culture. Her main tasks concerned the implementation of a nationally-viable network of cultural centers affiliated to national monuments, the development of international partnerships, the elaboration of cultural programs, and fundraising activities.

She is fluent in English and French.

Simona Dinu

Tel: +40 21 311 56 10                                                                                                                 Simona Dinu is PR Officer and Personal Assistant to Forum Invest Vice President, Liliana Munteanu.

Simona is a 4th year undergraduate student enrolled in the International Relations and European Studies Department of the University of Bucharest.

Prior to joining the Forum Invest team, Simona had worked for almost two years as a monitoring editor for a local press agency, gaining valuable experience of the way things are done in a big company. Her most exciting work experience as a student includes: teaching English in an Italian-language high-school, where some of her students were older than she and collaborating with the Bucharest European Information Centre in a project meant to inform Romanian students about the costs of EU accession.

As an intern with the Communication Department of UNICEF Romania and of a few other local NGOs Simona gained specific knowledge on the way to carry out social communication campaigns in Romania.

Simona joined the Forum Invest Team in August 2005, and since then she has been providing assistance to the PR Department.

Maria Vasilescu
Conference Director

Tel: +40 21 311 5610                                                                                                             Maria Vasilescu joined Forum Invest, as Project Co-ordinator, in 2006.

She is a graduate of the Bucharest University of Political and Administrative Sciences (1998).

After graduation, Maria worked as Editor and Executive Producer for two of Romania´s leading TV stations (Pro TV and Antena 1 respectively), and between 2000-2001 as News Producer for the Europa FM Radio Station.

In July 2001, she co-ordinated the Romanian Forum for Construction, Real estate and Financial Services (CIFS) organised by the Licorn Advertising Company. Between 2001-2002, she was PR Co-ordinator of the Mediarom Foundation´s Political Newspaper.

Maria is fluent in French and has a good knowledge of English.

Laura Hamzea
PR Coordinator

Tel: +40 21 311 56 10                                                                                                               Laura Hamzea received her BA in Philology in 2001 from Transilvania University in Brasov, Romania, following which she pursued postgraduate Master´s courses in Interpersonal Communication (2002, Ohio University, USA) and European Studies (2004, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium).

Before joining Forum Invest, Laura was involved in PHARE and World Bank - coordinated projects as Communication Specialist in charge of internal and external communication issues. She thus became familiar with a wide range of audience types, from project partners and governmental bodies to project beneficiaries and local media throughout the whole country.

Laura is fluent in English, French and Spanish and has working knowledge of German.

Ionut Cepraga
Logistics Coordinator

Tel: +40 21 311 56 10                                                                                                             Ionut Cepraga joined Forum Invest in 2006, as a Logistics Coordinator.

He is a graduate in Economics (Domestic and International Tourism) of the Romanian-American Academy, and is currently pursuing a Master´s degree on Project Management at the National School of Political and Administrative Studies.

As a member of the Conference Organisation Department, Ionut is in charge of all event-related logistics, along with the internal logistics of Forum Invest.

His prior work experience includes activities in the fields of project management and organising events.

Some of his most relevant skills are the ability to quickly learn technical operations and computer applications, along with a good command of English and good communication abilities.
